GILMER COUNTY, Ga. — A North Dakota man is on the run and legislation officers suppose he could have fled to Gilmer and Fannin counties.

Police are trying to find Leonard Higdon, he’s needed for an assault that occurred in Williston, North Dakota on Sept. 29.

Channel 2 Motion Information has realized that Higdon has ties to Gilmer and Fannin counties and may very well be within the space.

At the moment Higdon is needed for tried homicide, aggravated assault, felony trespass, fleeing or trying to elude a peace officer, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
