ATLANTA — One man is useless after the Georgia State Patrol stated the motive force refused to cease after troopers tried to conduct a site visitors cease.

Officers instructed Channel 2 Motion Information they have been on I-75 northbound in Clayton County when 35-year-old Montay Stegall was seen in a Ford Fusion touring at a excessive price pace and failed to make use of the flip sign.
As troopers tried to cease Stegall, he continued to drive at a excessive pace, entered into Fulton County, and took the exit ramp to State Route 166.
It was then troopers stated Stegall’s car struck an embankment overturned on the street.
Stegall suffered deadly accidents. The trooper’s automotive was not broken.
