Comeback kids: Braves win NL East division for 5th straight season – WSB-TV Channel 2

MIAMI — The Atlanta Braves have been chasing the New York Mets all the season, however lastly caught up within the division. The weekend sweep assured the tiebreaker would go to Atlanta if the season led to a tie.

The tiebreaker state of affairs is now not wanted.

The Braves gained the NL East division for the fifth straight season after they defeated the Marlins 2-1 in Miami.

Atlanta will now await the winner of the Cardinals-Phillies Wild Card Sequence, which begins on Friday. The Mets will end as division runner-up and face the Padres.

Recreation 1 of the Nationwide League Division Sequence will start at Truist Park on Oct. 11.

Tickets for the playoff series already went on sale in September but some may still be available. Any tickets bought for a sport not performed at Truist Park will probably be robotically refunded to the cardboard used for buy.

The Braves mentioned there’s a restrict of 4 tickets for every sequence.

Sunday, Oct. 16: NLDS Recreation 5 (if essential), in Atlanta
